All elements are, as always, either created/painted by me or purchased and fully commercially licensed by me.
My Images are copyrighted by Kassidi Keys (2011) and registered at www.myfreecopyright.com and protected by all international copyright laws. My Images may NOT be used (in part or in whole) for any purpose or redistributed in any way without my permission.

I do not take commissions, requests, or otherwise alter my work for ANYONE. You are not the exception to the rule so don't bother noting me to ask anyway.
I do NOT appreciate Critiques or criticism. PLEASE don't offer either.
I paint solely for my own amusement. I don't care if there's something you want changed. If you don't like it I don't want to hear about it I'm sure it'll take you less than 2 minutes to find another artist who better suits your personal preferences.

Everything in this blog and gallery is registered and protected under international copyright law. I absolutely do not allow the unauthorized use or modification of my art or photos without my written permission, online or off, non-commercial or commercial- for ANY purpose- no tubes, no signs, no avatars, no sigs, no blog backgrounds, no headers, no wallpapers- NOTHING. We ALL deserve credit for our work and we all have the right to decide what our personal creations are used for.

I'd also like to point out that there is a MASSIVE difference between a Graphics Artist (someone who builds professional logos and "graphics" for websites/flyers/business applications) and a Digital Artist (someone who paints/illustrates pictures/art using digital tools and techniques). You wouldn't ask Da Vinci to design a logo for Mc Burgerplace, and you wouldn't ask a logo designer to paint a landscape. I am a Digital Artist. I work with those programs and tools that deal with digital paintings. I can't draw a straight line to save my life. I do not know how to operate or even own the programs necessary for Digital Graphics and or Logo design. Please, if you need someone to design digital graphics for you, look elsewhere. If you need someone to paint a portrait, I'm your girl.

and please, please, please, don't contact me if you want me to work for free. I'm a craftsman just like any other craftsman- I just happen to paint pictures instead of build cabinets or whatever. You wouldn't expect your doctor to work for free. You wouldn't expect a landscaper to mow lawns for free- so why should anyone expect an artist to work for free? Everyone's work deserves payment.
